Well that at least dont look burned out but now its back to behaving the way it was earlier and using the horn got rid of the constant right turn signal indicator on the dash. I'll double check the bulbs. Gosh, what a mess.

Well im silly and didnt plug back in the rear turn signal. For some reason tapping on the relay makes it work only when i tap it. Could it be faulty? bad connections? Im now getting a good ground.

Edit: i guess it wasnt getting enough voltage to work... my voltmeter was reading 12.5v at the battery but i suppose it may not have been getting that at the relay to function properly. I put a 10a battery charger on it an now it blinks nice and bright. I'll be back if I keep having problems. Thanks for the help!

So i finally took my bike on its last ride and I used this flasher relay, and while it works great while the engine is off, it hyper blinks when running. Does anyone know why this would happen? I imagine it has something to do with a change in voltage when running vs not running.

Not sure how you ended up wiring this but an electronic relay shouldn't react to current changes etc. #I would wire it as below (only additional wire required is the ground) this format will work with the ignition or the "park" switch

Thank you wookie. This is very helpful and almost exactly how I have it wired up except the 12V supply is being drawn from at the main 30A fuse. When the bike is running I think there are 14V going through that which could be causing my problem. I wired it up exactly as you have it and I ran back into the same clicking issue. Im almost positive that is because there is a voltage drop to the orange wire not allowing the relay to fully click in the same way that I was struggling with earlier. I need to go through my wiring harness or the ignition switch 😫
